RESEARCH EXPERIENCE
2012-present
Synthesized a series of derivatives of rosmarinic acid and expolred its radioprotective effects.
2010-present
Synthesized several derivatives of tanshinone, emodin and expolred its radiosensitivity.
2008-present
Found out a novel prophylactic ( 2,2-dimethy-tetrahydrothiazole) in radiation protection.
Synthesized the compound, authenticated its chemical structure, founded the quantitative methods, evaluated its bioactivity and safety.
2007-2008
Found out several compounds with different structure style from natural products and explored its radiosensitivity.
Studied on radiosensitization of Emodin-type anthraquinone compounds.
2003-2007
Extracted and separated polysaccharide from Tremella fuciformis
Authenticated the chemical structure by using PC, GC, GC-MS and NMR technologies, determined molecular weight distribution by HPLC
Evaluated its effects of anti-tumor, hematopoietic protection and immunologic enhancement in mice model.
